Payoneer is a reliable & fast payment gateway
Payoneer is a reliable & fast payment gateway when it comes to withdrawing funds from a freelance website. I had a little setback during verification process. My submitted ID was in digital form which was initially unacceptable. But after explaining the situation in Nigeria when it comes to obtaining government issued ID; my plea was considered and therefore got my ID verification approved.

Blocked balance
My balance was blocked because i missed to submit two questionnaires required by the Verification Center before the due date. After that i panicked, i didn't know how long it would take for the documents to be reviewed and when i will be able to use my Payoneer Card again. I contacted the customer support first on live chat, then via email and than again on live chat. I got fast response, all my questions were answered and my issue was resolved within few days.
