Great service to receive payments and use physical or virtual Mastercard for payments. Customer for last 8 years and never had any big issues. When reaching to customer support, my issue gets resolved in 1-2 replies.

Issue resolved without any hassle.
issue resolved without any hassle. issue was about a dispute for some online fraudulent transaction. after the dispute the funds were frozen until i got a new card. after waiting in vain for a new physiucal card, i decided to switch to a virtual card. And Amazingly the swith to a virtual card was done in1 weeks time between the 25th th of december and the 1rst of january. Even on holi8days they got this fixed so thanks!!
