Très bon service et assistance technique

Excellent service. Après avoir rempli l'inscription, j'ai connu quelques difficultés. On m'a rappelé dans l'heure, et une personne m'a très bien guidé pour régler quelques détails. Très bonne assistance et je recommande ce site.

Virkelig langsommelig kundeservice. Vi har i over 6 måneder forsøgt at få opdateret vores betalingsoplysninger hos Paymill til vores webshop fordi vi har skiftet bank. Desværre er der aldrig sket noget og vi får derfor ikke udbetalt de sidste beløb vi har stående hos PayMill. Vi har kontaktet dem over 40 gange via mail og mere end 3 gange på Facebook - der er aldrig nogen som rigtig er kommet videre. TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Actually there is no support at all!!!!! They are not responding to email's, because of that I can't finish my activation. Probably PAYMILL are not interesting in customer and I need to choose another credit card provider. TERRIBLE

Customer support completely missing, holding back payouts

Customer support completely missing. I takes more than one month to communicate payout account changes. Seems more like to me they have some cashflow issues and they're understaffed. They're holding our payouts for several weeks and it starts to ruin our business. Even after several emails situation didn't resolved. You get answer after more than one week and it's like "we will find out what's going on".

Absolutely terrible..

Absolutely terrible... Customer support is completely missing. I've been waiting for 2 or 3 weeks now for them to set my account up and now they've stopped responding to my e-mails stating that "they have tok mich work now and won't be able to review my request". The whole staff needs sacking...

Ich kann mich den negativen Erfahrungsberichten nur anschließen. Ich war über Jimdo ca. 2012 zwangsläufig bei Paymill gelandet. Ursprünglich kamen die Shopumsötze binnen 10 Tage abgerechnet und ausgezahlt. Seit Sommer 2017 läuft es nicht. Ich warte auf einzelne Zahlungen für gelieferte Ware und bestätigte Kreditkartenabrechnungen schon 2,5 Monate. E-Mails an die Supportadresse werden nicht beantwortet. Ich habe den Vertrag gekündigt, da Jimdo inzwischen auch andere zuverlässigere Lösungen ...

Waiting for my money since the 15th of …

Waiting for my money since the 15th of July. I am sorry but more than one month??I have sent over 6 emails to different emails and NO RESPONSE IN 2 WEEKS. This is really concerning me if I will ever get to see my €. Not sure who to contact?? I don´t buy neukunde@... email as obviously no response there.There are no problems with the payments online itself!
