Absolut unakzeptabel!Aufgrund eines Serverfehlers konnte ich für einen gewissen Zeitraum keine Abrechnungen sehen, und einer Kundin kein Geld zurückerstatten.Nach Diskussion mit Paymil wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man das Geld auch "manuell" zurückerstatten könne, sie bräuchten nur eine Email. Paymill hat andauernd Probleme
Paymill hat andauernd Probleme. Zwei Tage war der Server komplett down und keine Buchungen konnten empfangen werden. Mit der 3D-Secure Kreditkartenzahlung gibt es schon seit Monaten Probleme. Ich kann nur abraten von dem Anbieter!

Die anhaltenden technischen Probleme in 2019 sind eine Katastrophe! Ob schiefgegangene Updates mit Datenverlust bzw. falschen Daten im Merchant-Center & API-Backend, Server nicht erreichbar, etc...Keine Infos seitens Paymill diesbezüglich, d.h. Slow, complicated, unreliable
2 weeks after registration it needed an active query for status to wake them up for action. Then they found my website not being secure. The screenshots they sent me came from their internal Watchguard Webproxy and they tried to open http.My site is definitely doing https and certificate is valid.I´m working in IT and obviously those guys do have a glue what they are talking about...When I wanted to cancel my "application" they sent me a formular that needs filled out first. Paymill: Simply, it’s ridiculous. How I get to this conclusion? Read below.I fought for more than 5 months to get my account activated, and then my brain just blowed up. never release funds
I have been talking and fighting with them for 4 months to get them to release my funds, they allow you to open an account quickly to get your money, then start making up issues to hold it in their accounts for as long as possible, at the time of writing they have nearly put my business under as they will not release 25k of funds for petty reasons, They’ve rejected my signature 3 times to the point where I had to pay to get 2 notaries done for them to ‘believe me’ - just a scam to keep my ...

After registering our account, we got a call from Risk & Compliance Manager the very next day, requesting additional information. We provided that immediately the very next day and got a response asking for one more document.
