PayJunction is a great asset to our office! Easy to use and amazing customer service! We have not been disappointed! The ease of PayJunction integrated into our office system, keeps things running smoothly and effectively.

Great company, Minor Issues
The only issue that we have is that a few patient's Health Savings Cards are being denied. It usually states the zip code doesn't match or "Do Not Honor" We haven't been able to find a fix for it so far. Other than this minor issue we have no issues!

Our only problem is that every once in a while we get a customer that comes here for extensive training and their card will not work. It is because you put a limit on how much it can be used for. Super frustrating.

So easy to use
So easy to use! Love the security and features like easy address search, re-charge, customer name search, and reports! Great format and design and so easy to navigate!
