Great company, Minor Issues

The only issue that we have is that a few patient's Health Savings Cards are being denied. It usually states the zip code doesn't match or "Do Not Honor" We haven't been able to find a fix for it so far. Other than this minor issue we have no issues!

Our only problem is that every once in a while we get a customer that comes here for extensive training and their card will not work. It is because you put a limit on how much it can be used for. Super frustrating.
