I love Payhip!

I have only good things to say about Payhip! The customer service is excellent, and they really care about making sure both sellers and buyers have a great experience using their site. I was really surprised with the great shop builder, with so many customisation options, and the fact that they are constantly listening to feedback and improving. You can sell courses, digital products, coaching, etc all from the same place. A+++

Kim in customer support is amazing!! She helped me figure out a very important technical issue. I am so impressed by her expertise and efficiency! Not only did she provide speedy 5 star support but she was also very friendly, professional, and courteous. Thank you for all of your help Kim you rock! I appreciate your efforts very much! :)

I have had nothing but a great experience with payhip! I am honestly so impressed with this service. It has a beautiful user interface and impeccable customer support; everything seems easy and well-done. Payhip is GREAT

I have had a great time working with Payhip. They respond so quickly when I have questions and I've had a lot! Catherine in particular has been absolutely wonderful. Not only is the customer service fabulous but the site itself is great.

Excellent Support

Excellent Support I have been communicating with a great contact person at payhip.com. As real time responses to my many many questions as possible. Currently I have uploaded 1 ebook. I feel payhip.com has a set up fair options regarding their fees.

An easy website to use and excellent customer support

I recently came across Payhip while doing research to set up a store. I´m new to all this so, while Payhip´s Help webpage has very useful articles, I had some more questions. I sent an email and Catherine was absolutely fantastic. She replied quickly and explained very clearly everything I had asked. I have actually chosen Payhip and I´m currently working on the store these days :)

Quick and effective response. I had issues connecting my domain name. Somehow there was a hidden error, although I had done everything right. The issue was fixed and I'm impressed.
