What do you like best about Paycor? Aligned goals and objectives and was easy to view the organisation structure and how the goals connected.I like the HR side where i can book time off but also see who else in my time if off. What do you dislike about Paycor? constantly have to save any small changes, some things should autosave as a draft like when creating objectives

What do you like best about Paycor? It's easy to use. User-friendly interface What do you dislike about Paycor? Take days off. This year, it was a mess with balances.

What do you like best about Paycor? The ability to streamline onboarding and have an integrated learning management system, versus being separate portals. What do you dislike about Paycor? There tends to be some "wonkiness" at times. We've encountered employee records getting changed due to configuration settings that didn't get changed on the Admin side and random system slowness.

It specifically meets our company's needs, and while it has taken several years to feel confident and comfortable with it because it's such a huge monster to learn, that familiarity is valuable. What do you like best about Paycor? It's easy to use for timekeeping and reporting. What do you dislike about Paycor? Benefits administraiton isn't as user-friendly and has had errors over multiple years.

All of our payment information is easy to access, and it’s clear which days off have been taken, which have been requested, and which are still available. What do you like best about Paycor? We have loved all of the awesome integrations Paycor has with other vendors. It has made the flow of HR, payroll and benefits seamless. What do you dislike about Paycor? The only downside was we had some challenges at onboarding. I also need a more dedicated representative to ask issues to.

What do you like best about Paycor? I like Paycor for managing employee accounts and I find the app user-friendly. What do you dislike about Paycor? I find Paycor's scheduling to be very touchy and hard to use. We've had to rework our preferences to fit the functionality, but some things we want it to do would simplify the process. Also, the initial setup of Paycor wasn't easy.

I hate to give them 1 star!!!!! Customer service/support is the WORST!!!!!!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Nothing worked correctly with integration as they promised. Customer service is terrible and they have no idea what they are talking about. They just read from a script they are given. Cancelled and move to new company. Now Paycor has shut off all employees from accessing their own payroll information.
