"Intuitive and easy to use!"

What do you like best about Paycor? Didn't need any instructions. The UI is simple and intuitive. Managing OKR's has gotten much easier using 7Geese. Visual indicators make it easy to see if your on track or not. You can update regularly within seconds and gives your entire leadership team visibility into how each team is doing. "Great for long term objectives"

What do you like best about Paycor? Recognition and badges that can be created for many different reasons. What do you dislike about Paycor? It's lightweight feature wise. Integration with Asana would be nice. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of quarterly goals and evaluation depending on progress. It's also good for scheduling reviews.

"A great platform for document management"

What do you like best about Paycor? My personal favorite module of 7Geese is the 1-on-1 function. This revolutionized the way my business does 1-on-1's, and document management as a whole (we were largely paper-based before). I also enjoy the more aspirational and motivating areas of 7Geese such as recognition and OKRs. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? It is a user friendly software; easy to teach, learn, navigate, and administer. What do you dislike about Paycor? Some of the details like no pop up window option to review employee's self eval template, need to search people in a deffferent tap to view their activities like if I want to review an employee's activitivies, I need to do a search under Review, and then got to 1:1 to search again. "Great way to track progress towards your goals"

What do you like best about Paycor? Very easy to jump in on a daily/weekly basis and update progress towards daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly goals What do you dislike about Paycor? The mobile app is not the most user friendly but not a huge deal as I updated on my laptop mostly What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use system"

What do you like best about Paycor? The menu is on the left side of the page once you log in and it is very easy to navigate. You can also easily report on different parts of the system for all employees or navigate from employee to emplyee to compare different areas. The system also allows you to approve PTO requests from the app, which is great when you are constantly in meetings as a department manager.
