What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor is very user-friendly and efficient, from a manager’s standpoint. You are able to see exact times when employees punch in and out, but it also rounds times to the nearest quarter hour so you’re not trying to dissect minutes. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? I like that right when I log into the system, on the landing page most of the highlights I am looking for are there. The system is somewhat simple to maneuver as a user, I will note my dislikes below of course. You are able to store and print past pay stubs, which is nice. We can access the employee record from the pay data grid which really helps to check the earnings and deductions, figure out what might need to be adjusted, make the adjustment right in the pay data grid and recalculate. What do you like best about Paycor? I like having all of our employee data tracked and stored in one place rather than having to jump to multiple systems. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes the system can be laggy and take longer than I’d expect data to load. I am still new to the program so I am not sure why this happens.
