What do you like best about Paycor? Lots of capabilities within one platform (onboarding wizard, benefits OE and management, payroll, timekeeping, ATS, performance management, self service for employees , etc) What do you dislike about Paycor? Inconsistent customer service with conflicting information, some resolutions to small issues can take a while. Also the knowledge base is hard to search.

What do you like best about Paycor? I like how Paycor made open enrollment very smooth and appreciate how easy they made the whole benefit system. What do you dislike about Paycor? The report builder has improvements going on, but it's still complicated.

What do you like best about Paycor? I like the ability to get to most information very quickly with Paycor. As an HR director, I run a lot of reports to look at data, and I probably use it mostly for that along with looking up information and some medical leave tracking. The transition to Paycor was real smooth, and they were able to export most of the data we had, which made the setup easy. What do you dislike about Paycor? Maybe just some more free age general HR stuff.

What do you like best about Paycor? I like the performance platform. I appreciate that it brings together 1:1s along with the reviews in one place. What do you dislike about Paycor? I don’t love the ATS’s reporting limitations.
