No dedicated Account Manager but support is always helpful and timely in their responses. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? One stop solution for all of our HR needs

What do you like best about Paycor? The Time Dashboard module has helped us the most in saving time processing payroll. The website and app are easy for the employees to use. What do you dislike about Paycor? The Reporting and Recruiting modules are very clunky and hard to navigate. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Paycor saves us time by providing an easy to understand platform for employees to record time, request PTO, and download their own documents.

What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor makes onboarding and new hire documents easy to process! What do you dislike about Paycor? LMS system is too convoluted and confusing. Need better training What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Seems they are solving recruiting issues by adding smart sourcing to their platform. That will benefit in us having to do less of the heavy lifting in recuiting.

Awful support and customer service

We use this HRIS system and have to call or chat probably once a week for help or support. Their customer service team is not trained at all. There are no supervisors to oversee or help in escalated instances. Their chat people just paste from their knowledge base and on the phone you are transferred multiple times or left on hold for 30 minutes - an hour. No help. Absolutely awful.

What do you like best about Paycor? The ease of access to edit and manage missed punches when clocking in and out of work. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes it wont register the clock out punch and causes miss punch errors. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Its easier to use than previous program. The user-friendly time and attendance interface is welcoming.

What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a complicated allocation system and Paycor simplifies that for us.

Implementation was a nightmare and took 3-4x as long as what was estimated. What do you like best about Paycor? The portal is fairly easy to navigate, and the payroll functionality is simple to learn. What do you dislike about Paycor? User access is extremely difficult to customize. The system is really geared toward an hourly workforce.
