What do you like best? Paycom has a feature for anything you can think of using for HR. What do you dislike? Some features are too drawn out and makes it difficult to use/understand. Great company for payroll and human resources

What do you like best? The ease of product and the support from the people who handle our account. We are just now implementing the payroll for the property we just acquired. We are in the stages of adding employees. I have had Paycom at a previous company as an employee and it was very easy to use in regards to entering my time. What do you like best? Paycom is easy for employees and managers to use but has a lot of flexibility on the back end to customize. What do you dislike? Human Resources made Easy for Employees

What do you like best? I personally like how easy it is to enter my daily time in and time out along with checking out/in for lunch. The interface is simple yet intuitive and has plenty of features which are easily accessed along the top in the static menu that follows you from page to page. What do you like best? Benefits Administration function is great for both our HR team and our employees. What do you dislike? Timecard approval process can be complicated when needing to get payroll submitted. Could be a little more user friendly on the approval process. Great platform, terrific service!

What do you like best? The platform is great, but the service is what makes Paycom even better. Throughout our implementation, and now through our first six months, we have not had a single rep who wasn't readily available to answer any question we had. Paycom - does it's job, not the most user friendly

What do you like best? I like the ability to attach hr docs electronically for safe keeping, as well as employees having their own portal. What do you dislike? Tedious manual changes on some things make this use more time that I'd like. Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely try it out. Incompetence - Dishonest - Acidic Culture

What do you like best? Have little to say that I like. When we started with Paycom they had experienced and caring employees. Recently my encounter with their support has been disgusting.
