I use Paycom for on boarding consultants, tracking paperwork through the process, as well as an end user where I can see my pay stubs, benefits, etc.

Easy to use on desktop or mobile

What do you like best? Easy to use to put in my vacation or sick days, check attendance and remaining days. Calendar available, so I can check on dates. Its very easy to use supervisor role to approve or switch days for my direct report. What do you dislike? Have to translate between days and hours. Our days are 7.5 hours. What do you like best? I like best that tax information, pay, and company info is presented within the payroll site. One can print check stubs and tax information without waiting on it to be mailed or emailed.
