What do you like best? I love the speed and reliability of using this software. What do you dislike? I do not have anything negative to say about the software. Very useful to help organize office paperwork, memos and time clock.

What do you like best? This program can serve as a catch all for all work related matters such as time punch and verification/approval, companies polices and paperwork, memos, surveys, attachments, assessments, etc. All works are stored electronically for quick and easy reference. What do you like best? Easy to inquire, enter/edit information. HR needs is made into an account What do you dislike? What do you like best? I was able to get all my paperwork done quickly and they have an app. What do you dislike? Some "required" parts you needed to fill in were required to be filled in by my employer, not me. But it wouldn't let me submit if I didn't fill it in. What problems are you solving with the product? Good System

What do you like best? This is a really good all in 1 HRIS System. Currently, we use it for payroll, PAFs, Applicant Tracking, Benefits and Expenses. What do you dislike? Using Paycom has been an overall positive experience

What do you like best? I love the ease to any check stub or tax documents at a click of a button. I also love the fact you can view and/or request any vacation or sick time also at the ease of a click. Beats the hassle of contacting HR and waiting for any needed documents. What do you dislike? Paycom is easy to use and answers most employee questions right from the app

What do you like best? Most helpful thing about paycom is easy access to my check stubs and tax forms and can print with one touch of a button.
