What do you like best? I've been a client of Paycom for about 15 years at different sized companies and I love how they continue to grow and invest in the system. It's a fully functional HRIS system great for companies of any size. Over promised and under delivered

What do you like best? Software was aesthetically pleasing and easy to use for reporting. What do you dislike? Our "Executive Sales Representative" told us multiple things about what Paycom could do that it couldn't, at least not in the year we were with them. We ended up going back to our old provider. Also, Paycom comes with a wide variety of products for customizing it almost completely, with the goal to get exactly what your organization needs. What do you like best? I like that it is easy to log hours and also easy to look around and find what you need What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that Paycom is mobile and Me and my coworkers can use our cell phones to Clock in and out, and manage our pay stubs (in certain instances. I think has definitely came a long way as far as design. What do you dislike? While the design is good and intuitive with Apple Touch ID, I think that the overall processes in pay com are not convenient for the employee. Paycom makes time management at work extremely efficient.

What do you like best? The ease with which one manages their time. What do you dislike?
