What do you like best? Paycom as an existing resource management tool, is very intuitive and easy to use and have some great API features. Super easy to use!

What do you like best? Paycom is very convenient to use. I can request days off and get them approved that same day. I can always view my hours and days worked and if there is any mistakes i can always request for it to be fixed by my supervisor. I can view my pay rate and pay-subs without having to drive to my companies office. I really like the easiness of being able to approve my timesheets. What do you like best? I love all of the different features that Paycom offers -- my company uses it for timekeeping, managing our PTO and Sick days, managing benefits, offering trainings, onboarding, and more. It really is a great system where everything is in one place.
