I really like the updates

I really like the updates, especially the FMLA, as we are currently implementing that feature. The customer service representative who has been assigned to us is amazing and very knowledgeable about the HRIS platform.

Very Helpful

Any of the representatives I have worked with have been over the top helpful. They not only take care of any issue I have, they always make sure there is nothing else I need. In addition, they are always very pleasant to work with.

I love being able to request my time…

I love being able to request my time off anytime I want/need to. Having that visibility and freedom makes me feel content. I’ve used a similar platform and Paycom has been the easiest one to use (much less confusing).

Our experience with Paycom has been great. The mobile app is extremely easy to use. The user interface is very intuitive. Onboarding, requesting time off, viewing payroll, and more just from the app on your phone!

Paycom - HR and Payroll made simple

I have had the opportunity to work with Paycom Software now for over 5 years. It has greatly simplified the Payroll and HR processes at my company; what was once complex and confusing is now a seamless part of our company.

Makes clocking in a breeze

Makes clocking in a breeze, there is no waiting in line to clock in or out. I like the feature that if I miss a punch, it is easy to fix. I also like the ability to see PTO anytime I wish.

As we were comparing various payroll / HR companies to convert to, we were pleasantly surprised at all of the offerings Paycom has. And, Brandon Abate, our personal rep has been nothing short of amazing. He has helped us implement and been with us every step of the way. And answered a lot of questions we had. As a non profit, he went above and beyond. As did ALL of the Paycom team thus far! Cannot say enough thank yous for their help!

New Implementation

The conversion from our old systems to the Paycom complete HCM system was the best I have ever been involved with. The assigned project manager had an excellent command of the platform and effectively customized areas of the system around our needs. The entire project was managed thoroughly with excellent communication and follow-up and kept on schedule.
