8/17/2022 - Braden and Lauren were absolutely fantastic. This was my first experience setting up a payroll, and my new company is located in Europe. Braden worked with me daily, including meetings and conference calls with our Switzerland Office, and myself, to procure all required information. Once the account was set up, Lauren followed up with myself directly, and again, she was excellent. Communication for a service like this is paramount, and both Lauren and Braden should be commended. ...

Ashley and Stephen were great. I recommend having a weekly meeting with the team that implements benefits. We did not do this, and it wasn't easy to know the status updates.

Paycom really helps our insurance agency
Scott and Justin were very easy to work with. They explained the process in detail and made the onboarding really easy. Using Paycom has helped our business be more efficient by freeing up time spent on in-house payroll. I highly recommend Paycom for ease of use and payroll transparency.

Glad we made the switch!
Previously used Paychex with a company over 1,000 people with numerous acquisitions. Our implementation specialist was patient with us through the entire process and very accommodating!

We switched to Paycom April 1, 2017 and have never regretted it. The ease of use and paperless onboarding, benefits enrollment/management, applicant tracking, and performance management have been huge timesavers. Also, the ability to easily pull reports as well as create your own reports has been extremely beneficial.

Paycom is a wonderful company! I’ve worked for two jobs now that have used paycom. Both times, I have been highly impressed with how easy the app is to use and navigate. The app is very self explanatory and I have never had a problem using it. Everything I have ever needed, including my tax information is very easy to find on the app. The Paycom employees are always very kind and helpful.
