What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom is very user-friendly. No training is needed. New employees can jump right in and start using it on day one. Also, it manages nearly all HR functions in one place- timecards, time off, benefits enrollment, payroll, performance reviews, training checklists, etc.

As a manager Paycom has made everything…
As a manager Paycom has made everything simple for my employees. The app is user friendly. They can submit their vacation requests and I can easily approve/deny. Pay check stub info and W2 is easily accessible and paperless. Company documents are signed electronically and stored in one section. I have all levels of employees and everyone can easily use Paycom. I answer less questions and I don't have issues arise that takes my focus away from my job. What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom has a very smooth user interface and it is quick to learn. Most actions were one-click and the page refreshes automatically to check work.
