Using the Paycom app is easy and saves time and energy. I like being able to check my leave balances and paystubs without taking time to schedule meetings with HR.

"I love Paycom!"
What do you like best about Paycom? I love their customer service. I always get help promptly. I also love the Beti feature. The employee check approvals are counterintuitive for a payroll person, but they drastically reduce your off cycle payrolls due to mistakes.

Paycom makes things simple!
As a prior Paycom employee I knew I wanted to make the switch for my current company. We had previously been tracking time and PTO on spreadsheets and manually adding them into our prior payroll system. In January 2022 we switched and now the automated payroll creation with BETI means my payroll can take me as little as 10 minutes! What do you like best about Paycom? Payroll is very easy. I do not have to calculate things on my own. I like that Paycom will calculate things for you and it makes it very easy to process.
