The support team is hands-down one of the best we’ve ever dealt with. They are not only prompt in responding but also incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. Every time we've had a question or needed help with setup or customization, they've gone above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of—often resolving issues within minutes.

Service is Exceptional
Foremost, the service level provided from every role is exceptional. Questions are answered quickly. In the event that an answer is not immediate, the team keeps us informed of progress to get to resolution. I've not experienced this level of service anywhere else in the HCM space.
