"I have done three implementations with Paycom, I have had the best expereince over the last 6 years."
What do you like best about Paycom? I love all of the platforms, especially electronic personnel files. I love the self-service component too. Employees can review and make changes to basis information on their own without having to come to the Office of HR.

What do you like best about Paycom? Everything is linked in one database to pull more reports and make the flow between HR and payroll effortless. If there are ever questions or issues our specialist is super quick to get back to us with answers.

What do you like best about Paycom? For the most part, very intuitive interface. Easy to pick up, easy to use. The implementation process is very polished. Their teams are well-trained and knowledgeable. They are also very thorough and will ensure all the required work is done.

The smartest decision for a better HR
The amount of information available to our employees now compared to our previous provider. It is like the curtain to their time and attendance, pay, and everything else was finally removed. Their customer service is top notch, and very responsive to any inquiry we have. Our integration of Paycom was smoothy then we originally thought, and our transition team made it so much easier. Deeper Dive
Grant visited the office and spent the majority of his day taking a deeper dive into the PayCom system. He was very engaged and eager to learn more about our process, how we use PayCom and what tools PayCom has to offer to potentially help streamline our process.

"Actually Manageable Self-Managed Payroll"
What do you like best about Paycom? I can add my time by hours or punch-in, add funding sources for those hours, and set for approval so my supervisor can sign off. And that's just the absolute tip of the iceberg. My PTO, accruals, documents, performance reviews, paystubs, and more are all easily accessible.

What do you like best about Paycom? Easy to access pay stubs, scheduled pay and also request accumulated time off for work. We use this every day also as a way to clock in and manage documents for our company pertaining to each employees pay and benefits.
