Great System for Bay Area Community Resources
What do you like best? I love Paycom's mobile device, as we previously used ADP Time and Attendance. Their were always login issues. We always found our department resetting passwords over and over again. Since our implementation we can now clock in remotely, from our mobile devices, and review our clocking in and out as well. The mobile app is great and being able to use the website is also helpful. Not only can I easily clock in and out now, but I also have all of my information in one ...

Easy to use but limited reporting features
What do you like best? Paycom's interface makes it relatively easy to complete time cards for multiple employees (as a supervisor. It's easy to switch among employees and pay periods from a single screen, and add sick/vacation time or punches as needed. What do you dislike? The reporting features are limited. It is not possible to sync data from Paycom with other systems in a HIPAA compliant manner (to report on productivity, for example, and reporting is cumbersome. In addition, I ...
