What do you like best? Customer service both my designated and phone customer service are always great. Polite, quick and if unable to resolve, quick to esculate. What do you dislike? Great Service and useful tools for all sizes businesses

What do you like best? I like my interaction with my account rep. Very responsive to questions. She is also extremely knowledgable. What do you dislike? User friendly, good reports

What do you like best? Paychex is user friendly and easy to use. I prefer their layout and reports to some other payroll sites. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Convenience and ease of use. Employees can download the app and request time off and view their paystubs. What do you dislike?
