I spoke to Jasmine Stout on Customer Service Chat and boy did she help me. She was professional, dealt with all my questions, and just did such an amazing job. She taught me a lot about the system and how to work it. She is such a life saver. I feel like I just graduated Paychex school!

What do you like best about Paychex Flex? With PayChex Flex, we are able to set up our companies so that we have accurate labor for each location. The support we receive from PayChex is awesome. The HR Support is great, as is the Benefits and 401K teams!

What do you like best about Paychex Flex? The PayChex Flex system allows for easy online access to everything I need. If I am unable to figure something out, a quick e-mail to my Rep is all that is needed for quick help. My Rep has always been fantastic and helpful and always responds very fast.
