What do you like best? I can find report summaries easily and when I need help I anger it quickly What do you dislike? Pretty simple

What do you like best? I am able to submit payroll on my own easily. What do you dislike? There are unnecessary clicks which is annoying. For example, the new employee view, I have to click back to look at other information such as profile, pay, and employment. What do you like best? The best part of Paychex was working with our HR generalist, Melanie Sarti. She was very helpful and thorough and answered my questions in a timely manner.
