Would recommend to anyone in the UK
We implemented paycaptain across two entities in 2025 and although there have been challenges the support from the team has been excellent, particularly since Joanna Goss took on our account!Of course there are learnings from any implementation and Paycaptain probably took some key learnings forward on how to better implement their system for clients, however the system is very strong, integrates well with external systems and provides user friendly, easy access for our employees.I would ...
