Excellent, timely response with regard to documents needed to support an audit questionnaire
I've had Patriot payroll for about a year now, and everything has gone so smoothly that I haven't had to contact anybody about anything. Recently, however, an annual audit arose for my workers comp insurance ,and I needed 940, etc , as well as other payroll reporting copies, all in short order to get that completed. Patriot customer since 2019
I’ve used Patriot since 2019. The program interface is clean and easy to navigate. My experience with customer service has been good. There have been no issues that couldn’t be resolved either online, or with a brief call. My experience is with the payroll software, so I can’t speak about other features. Note: This is my personal review of my experience with Patriot. I have been offered a small gift card for my time, but this has no bearing on my opinion of the product.

We switched to Patriot in January
We switched to Patriot in January and use their full service payroll system. Could not be more pleased. It is easy, quick to use and understand, and the response from tech support is remarkable. We get an answer in minutes! So glad we left the big name and went with these guys! Our accountant was so surprised with the quality and response time, they asked for contact info.

Accounting Software for small businesses.
Great accounting software with payroll options. They make it easy to partner with them so that you can offer your clients the best accounting services. The price is a plus. Customer service is always available.
