I switched from Intuit Online Payroll…
I switched from Intuit Online Payroll in July 2021. Patriot costs less, works fine, I can still use my regular old paid for Quicken checkbook. Intuit was pretty much forcing users to a Quickbooks subscription, I really didn't want to change my bookkeeping routine after 20+ years. I only called Patriot once or twice with questions when I was making the transition and the person was helpful. I didn't need much help, their online help was adequate.
