I really appreciate the detail that it takes to set up my client. I can be very specific for that particular client's needs. Because I can really drill down on each client's needs it takes longer, but the result is so much better suited for that client. So often with other software, the "We can handle that for you" attitude just covers the surface. I also appreciate that the support is US based. Patriot Software has been a true partner in helping me with payroll services! They send out reminder emails whenever there's a holiday that needs attention, their customer support is excellent and when I've done something that needs correction, they promptly handle that as well. Generally use chat but when I have to call, the wait time is not too long and again, I find friendly, courteous people on the other end that are very helpful.
