Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service I got a call from one of my employees stating that she did not get her Direct Deposit. So I looked on the Patriot Website to try to find out what the issue was. I entered her Account # and got an error message that read, the Account # did not match Patriot's records. So I called Patriot and I did not have to wait long at all of for a Customer Service Representative to get on the line. "Highly recommend Patriot Payroll Software System"
What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? The Patriot Payroll Software System is easy to use, and the direct deposit makes it even easier. The monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax are processed automatically by Patriot Software. And the customer support is excellent!

What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? Most helpful thing patriot has done for our company is to provide a quick direct deposit solution for our small business. Moving from paper checks has given us more time to focus on the business needs.

Good product, good support
The setup and interface are well designed. The service is a good value for the cost and compares well with other payroll providers. I required some assistance from customer support (for an error I created) and they were prompt and accurate with their help.

Prior to purchasing a business I reviewed different companies who do payroll and decided to use Patriot Software. It was so easy to set everything up. I love the full service plan because it is one less thing I have to worry about and their fees are reasonable. I had a question when minimum wage changed in our state and customer service was so helpful and friendly! I would recommend them to everyone!
