We love Patriot for our payroll!!
Easy software, user friendly with incredible customer service and support that was so helpful for business owners that don’t speak accounting / taxes / payroll language. We had a LOT of questions through the set up process about various information needed, but the customer service helped us with everything that wasn't intuitive. We also love the mission and values of Patriot!

Navigating the website can be a little challenging at times. But every time I have used the online customer support they have been friendly and very helpful. They easily make up for any challenges I have encountered with the website interface.

I use their basic payroll service
I use their basic payroll service, and it's perfect for my small company. I've used a couple other accounting and payroll software companies in the past. Compared to these others, Patriot is easy to use, very affordable, and has excellent customer service. This may be the biggest plus for Patriot, in my opinion. I haven't needed a lot of support, but when I do, the hold times are very short to get someone on the phone, and they are very helpful.
