Set up was painless
I have used 2 other payroll services but I can honestly say, switching to Patriot payroll was the smoothest transition. Best part - if you need assistance, you can actually talk to a human either by phone, chat or email. Bonus - they follow up to make sure you are satisfied.

Great Team!!
The ladies that helped me set this up, were fantastic!! Especially the 2nd lady where I was transferred to actually set the account up. I was so excited that she stayed on with me to actually walk me thru the whole process. She was soooo Patient! It made me so confident & relaxed once completed that we definitely made the right choice of setting up with Patriot Software. Many thanks for your great and friendly customer service!!!

Patriot Software is a great business partner
I find Patriot Software's payroll and reporting interfaces very intuitive and easy to navigate, and their online help/knowledge-base is very comprehensive and well-organized. On those rare occasions that I've needed to speak with a technical support person, they have been quick to answer my calls, easy to speak with, and provided accurate answers to my questions.
