Great Problemsolvers!
This company helped solve a mistake I had made in my payroll, and I was unable to figure out where the problem was. She spoke with her team to confirm her thoughts on the way to remedy the problem as well. It's great to have a second pair of eyes to help you find your mistakes!

Help via Patriots Chat Form
We recently started doing our own bookkeeping for our small nonprofit. We had some questions regarding employer taxes and the way Patriot withdraws and pays these income taxes. I was able to get ahold of someone very quickly through Patriot's chat form, and they answered all my questions accurately, quickly and gave me very helpful tips on how to use payroll reports and how to easily view our tax liability. Their response was prompt, friendly accurate, and cleared up all the questions we had!

Customer service agents are great
Customer service agents are knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. Even with questions you think you should already know, they easily help you without making you feel bad for not knowing. The system itself is great. Very user friendly. I definitely would recommend using their program.
