Couldn't Do what I Wanted, but Received Excellent Help
While I learned I could not call back an electronic payment made in error to a 1099 Contractor, the Patriot Support person was knowledgeable in explaining my options and offered to walk me through the needed steps. The Customer Support personnel have always provided accurate and direct answers and solutions to my questions.
