Couldn't be happier
Couldn't be happier! I had used Intuit Payroll for the past 15yrs and finally got tired of dealing with horrible customer service and software glitches that would cause my taxes to be repeatedly miscalculated. Switching to Patriot a couple of months ago was like a breath of fresh air. The customer service reps actually know what they are talking about and are friendly too! Patriot actually has more features that make my life a whole lot easier too!

Great online support via chat
I've gotten great support from Patriot since switching to them, but was delighted when I asked what I thought was an obscure question and got a full, prompt, clear explanation from the first person I chatted with.
