"Comprehensive, Competitive Payroll Option"
What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? Simple, affordable, and TRANSPARENT payroll processor. Many options and ways to incorporate different employee tiers and types. Other processors I have used "nickle and dime" for every little addition, were seemingly unnecessarily complicated, or dropped the ball when it came to speaking with customer service to solve a problem. None of these issues I have experienced to date using Patriot Software, and hopefully they keep it that way.

"Patriot payroll: painless"
What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? Once I got Patriot's payroll functions all set up, the process was pretty painless. I'm not an accountant by any means. But, I can run the payroll of our small business with Patriot easily. No more paying an outside accountant. Patriot tech support is always great. A human answers and is competent to help.

What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? I like Patriot Payroll because it is easy to navigate the site, the reminders are there for me, and the onboarding team is amazing! I set up a client in Patriot payroll easily and they helped me when I needed help.

The agent picked up after just a few…
The agent picked up after just a few minutes, when the estimate was 15 min - pleasant surprise. He took time to understand my question and then pulled multiple reports to make sure he had all contextual information. We discussed the problem and he made his recommendations. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Could have asked for a higher quality of service.

What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? Anytime I have a question or issue they promptly rspond to my chat and anyone who responds seems to be very good at their job!

Great
Great, the response was fast, easy to follow directions. What could have taken as a long phone call was done in a speedy time plus as someone who might get the directions jumbled, I could glance back and follow them through chat

Patriot Software is the best and user friendly!
Have been using Patriot Software for my payroll over a year. The software is user friendly and customer support is top notch. The company recently diverted some fraudulent activity with one of my employee’s direct deposit and because of Patriot we was able to rectify it and avoid my employee losing her paycheck.
