"It is very easy to use."

Customer service is beyond great!
The customer service representative went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I called on a Friday. My issue was resolved and I was aware of it on Monday morning via an email I received. The same customer service representative from Friday called me on Monday morning to make sure that everything was going well and to let me know the status of my account. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her name is Jenna and I very much appreciate her!
