Easy step by step guidance
What do you like best? Easy to use and both the video tutorials and the step by step cover a lot of the questions you might have. What do you dislike? As I'm in the early stages of usage I do not have any negative comments at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplify the payroll process for a separate entity

Patriot Software for Payroll of my small company
What do you like best? I'm not an accountant or any kind of bookkeeper so the easy to use software is welcome to me. Other payroll software is out there, but is much more difficult and not very user friendly. I'm a single employee PLLC. I don't have the time to spend hours on bookkeeping, etc and this fits right in with my schedule. I've called a couple of times to get answers to questions and the staff is awesome and very patient with my stupid questions. They don't push me to get off ...

Patriot Software for Payroll of my small company

Easy process and great customer service.
What do you like best? The simplicity of setting up the software including direct deposits and employees ability to view their own reports. I researched many other options and for the price, this was the best solution out there. I highly recommend the service. What do you dislike? Easiest payroll software I've used out of 3 of them
What do you like best? Patriot will make end-of-year reporting easier, because the information is concise in one place, the W2s are always ready to print, and it keeps track of what taxes I need to send where. What do you dislike? When adding a new employee, the software has been a bit buggy at times. It's nothing more than not saving when I click "save," but it's happened a couple of times now.
