Great product really easy to use setup was easy too
What do you like best? I am happy that i can do alot with this product and saves me time then having to write out checks and keep track of payroll taxes. And it is nice to be able to pull up reports of all the payroll transactions in the past. What do you dislike? I had a little delay with getting the nat pay setup but it was able to be done at the end which i am now happy about also alot of paperwork to fill out. Easy to use, economical
What do you like best? Easy to use. good support, forms and records stored online. What do you dislike? I really do not know what to say here. I cannot think of cons. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The hassle of computing and filing with all of the tax entities.

Great for small business
What do you like best? Patriot saves me tons of time each month, employees can enter their own time, direct deposit, option to pay payroll taxes with each pay period. What do you dislike? No option to pay 1099 contractors through direct deposit (you can pay them via check), this would be a feature I would pay additional fees for instead of having to use a second company. The initial enrollment would be smoother if you didn't have to register with a second company to use direct ...

What do you like best? Software is easy and intuitive. Plenty of help through the website and also web chat with customer service. Easy to run reports. Payroll is done in minutes. What do you like best? Direct Deposit, Employee portal, payroll taxes, affordability, customer service is always very nice. What do you dislike? I didn't find this sooner.
