What do you like best? User friendly and excellent customer service. I like the ease of use of the program, and the helpful, and friendly online customer service help/chat. What do you dislike? Unable to enter payroll data directly into the program. The program computes the withholding taxes according to IRS regulations which is good. Excellent Payroll for small business and if you are looking for cost effective solution
What do you like best? Ease of use and navigation and understanding.Account is another great one to use to manage clients or customers. Even the receivables and payable. What do you dislike? Invoicing sequencing. If you create an invoice in error you cannot edit the invoice hence you end up creating new invoice with new invoice number though. No turning back! Running payroll is now a breeze, rather than the chore.
What do you like best? Ease of use and the ability to run payroll, view reports and access the program from any computer, MAC or Windows. I love their customer support. No waiting on hold for excessive times, and always able to speak with a person, rather than leaving a message. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I dislike so far, but I've only been using Patriot Payroll for 8 months, and I'm self-employed, so with only one employee, my experience is limited. What ...
