What do you like best? I really like the user friendly set up of the software and the reasonable cost. What do you dislike? The set up was the most challenging and was frustrating at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just to be prepared for the switch and create a check list of items to do. Great service at a great rate
What do you like best? Ease of use; I am able to run payroll without issue, can direct deposit. Online support is great when gathering quarterly data. What do you dislike? No real cons; sometimes it's difficult to find reports. It would be nice if all employee information were listed when looking at all reports. Sometimes I need to go back to an employee's information to get SSN for example, and then have to go back to the report I was looking at to get the data. What problems are ...

What do you like best? Ease of use; I am able to run payroll without issue, can direct deposit. Online support is great when gathering quarterly data. What do you dislike? No real cons; sometimes it's difficult to find reports. It would be nice if all employee information were listed when looking at all reports. Patriot Software allows me to focus on running my business and takes away any payroll issues
What do you like best? The customer support and setup process are all top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable associates are only a phone call away. Every interaction I had with them helped me immediately resolve an issue for my business. I never have to worry about payroll. The reporting dashboard is a very useful feature as an administrator of the system. The employee portal also meets requirements for receiving paychecks and year end reports which makes administration easy as well. ...

What do you like best? Best pricing for full service payroll, simple and easy to use interface What do you dislike? Cannot track negative PTO, no easy link to a clock in/out system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Affordable pricing for an easy to use product. Value and ease of use are the two main concerns our small business has, and Patriot provides both of those.

What do you like best? I liked how easy it was to use. Plus the price was great. This has been a great interim system while we are going through a conversion. I love that the reports are very detailed but easy to read. What do you dislike? I do not like that you cannot update an employees information even as early as just keying hours.
