This payroll system is very user friendly.
What do you like best? Patriot Payroll is user friendly, so all our employees can use it easily. And direct deposit feels like such a luxury, that alone is worth it! You can also have access to all your pay stubs and W2s online. Overall this system is very convenient. What do you dislike? So far nothing comes to my immediate attention. Great for Payroll Newbies
What do you like best? It is super simple to use and they make tax forms much less daunting. What do you dislike? Not much! There are some tax changes that could be summarized a little easier or more clear. Simple pay roll
What do you like best? Employees receive direct deposits with no issues on a consistent basis. What do you dislike? Every employee had trouble setting up their logins. The employee portal is as basic as possible and not very user friendly. Would like more reminders prior to holidays that require hours to be submitted earlier than Norma. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Direct deposit has been much simpler than handling paper checks

By Far The BEST Payroll Software
What do you like best? Very easy setup, Easy to Use, Process Payroll Quickly What do you dislike? Only thing missing is some basic customization which I have been able to do outside of Patriot. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is the software to choose. Shouldn't even look at QB. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much better customer service and easier to use than Quickbooks Payroll at MUCH Less Cost.

Patriot payroll is a lifesaver!
What do you like best? The site is VERY user friendly and even when it's not, the customer service is EXTREMELY fast and EXTREMELY helpful! The services provided save us SO MUCH TIME and MONEY! What do you dislike? We also use the site to record our 1099s, but we are not able to process them at the end of the year through the site, but it is still very helpful to have that option.
