I needed assistance with locating and printing 1099's that were not displaying and the representative who assisted me found and corrected the issue and I was able to complete my 1099 tax paperwork in a timely manner. Thank you!

The customer service is top tier
The customer service is top tier. You always speak to a person and they are easy to understand. They will walk you through everything step by step and make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. They are very patient, as I am not very tech savvy.

Seamless functionality
Seamless functionality, great customer service support when needed. Simple and fast processing. Recommend for small business or even larger that want to keep it in house and not source their payroll out.

Patriot is a great company.
Patriot has great software for doing my small business payroll. Moreover, the customer service is also great. Quick response, easy to understand, knowledgeable support staff. Back in March of 2023 when certain banks failed, payroll was impacted and delayed. I have never seen a company provide so much information to their clients to keep them informed. My employees and I were very confident and able to make good decisions based on the Patriot communications.

We love Patriot Software
We love Patriot software! Only regret is not switching sooner. This is our third year using Patriot Software for payroll. The ease of using this program is great and are always there to help if you need it. You can either message in chat or pick up the phone and call them.
