Very reasonably priced monthly service fees, helpful Customer Service Reps, easy to use software, relieves some of the pressure with Payroll and Employer Taxes.

I highly recommend Patriot Software

I highly recommend Patriot Software. I have never done HR, payroll, or accounting for a business before but Patriot Software walked me through each step as they are very user friendly. They will submit all state and federal quarterly and yearly reports for me and they will pay all taxes for me directly out of my bank, saving me a lot of time and hassle.

What do you like best? Once set-up, it took me less than 1 minute per month to use -- very quick and simple, especially for someone who had no prior experience running payroll. What do you dislike? I don't have experience with any other cloud based software aside from quickbooks online, but i doubt you could find a better experience for doing payroll than Patriot Software. The interface is sleek and easy to use, and the customer support is amazing. I even got a call within the first couple days from a representative asking if there was anything that they could do to help me with setup and integration. What do you like best? We used QuickBooks before and unlike with them, Patriot Software not only computed our payroll, they completed and filed all of our tax forms, quarterly and annual tax payments and made printing individual tax forms easy and quick.
