Easy to use affordable business software
What do you like best? I love that Patriot software handles the payroll tax collection and filings for me. Easy to Use!
What do you like best? I love the direct deposit feature. It takes me less than 5 minutes a week to process payroll when it used to take me over an hour to do it in excel on a daily basis. What do you dislike? Payroll reports are not very customizable. I need to total wages by quarter by employee. I have to export to excel then add a column to calculate the quarter based on check date. Time Saver
We have had great success with Patriot Software. We have a small staff and the software is reasonably priced and easy to use. It saves us a lot of time and energy, freeing us up to do what really needs to be done to run our business.

Been using for 3.5 years, easy to use and great customer service
I have been using Patriot Software for 3.5 years now and have found that their customer service is fantastic. They are super responsive via chat and on phone (but chat works great). If they can't answer something they get back to me once they've researched the answer. The software is super easy to use and they have so many articles on general HR. I only run payroll for a few employees but am glad I chose such an easy to use software. I would recommend Patriot Software for sure!
