I think the best thing about Patriot is…service
I think the best thing about Patriot is their willingness and availability to help. I am not an accountant so I no doubt ask silly questions. But each time I have asked, I have received thorough timely and easy to understand responses. The program is easy to use and performs up to my expectations. I am a most satisfied customer of over two years.

I began my search for a payroll software provider over a month ago. I have completed my evaluations. My requirements are based 50% on customer service/response/knowledge/attentiveness, 20% on software "fit", 20% on "intuitiveness" of screen presentation/clarity and 10% on price. Speedy and accurate payrolls
I love the speed and easy of using Patriotic payroll. Payroll for my household employee in 5 minutes! Accurate tax withholding. Simple reporting.

Payroll service is fantastic and…
Payroll service is fantastic and affordable. They are extremely helpful upon set up and answer questions along the way when they inevitably come up. I have a bookkeeper also that sends out 1099s and recalculates the tax as another layer of accountability, however Patriot's calculations are spot on.

Feature Rich & Dependable Software
Software is easy to use and offers a lot of features. They have policies in place to safeguard the payroll data and detect possible fraud. Staff is friendly and usually any questions I have are resolved with one interaction/phone call/email.
