The tax program was a godsend for our business. We didn't have to worry about anything and if anything did come in Patriot Software took care of everything. They have the very best customer service which has always been very prompt and attentive.

I run payroll for a church and associated preschool... 17 employees. I am not a financial person ... but have had no trouble learning and running Patriot. When I've needed help, customer support has been excellent.

Amazing option for a payroll service…
Amazing option for a payroll service provider for a small business. Transactions have always been smooth and trouble-free, and the couple of times a minor issue has arisen, Patriot handled the situation promptly and effectively.

The UI isn't always intuitive, but...
The UI isn't always intuitive, but once I've figured out where everything is, it's an excellent alternative to full-service payroll services.

Not good for business
For 4 years I've been asking for pay periods to be twice a month for the total days in the month, not 28 days which does not equal number of days in a standard p/l. They've refused and consistently give me the same crap answer.....I have engineering look into it.Switching companies at end of the year.
