Patriot SW has been a reliable and inexpensive way for me to keep track of my employee's payroll and tax requirements. They have continued to improve their product and have added helpful features like sick leave tracking over time. I've been very happy with their service since being kicked off of Intuit when they discontinued their product a few years back.

this company has created one problem after another for me, the program is very basic and easy to use, but lacks major functionality of a full-service program like QuickBooks --- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Patriot Customer Service has been hit or miss, took me 3 representative to answer a simple question, because they decided to disconnect all my accounts and delete months worth of data without warning and no one could tell me why! I would NOT recommend using them, even if you have a very ...

What do you like best? This software is easy to use with great customer support. I can have my payroll done in less than 3 minutes! What do you dislike? Does everything we've needed, comprehensive

What do you like best? Does what we need without distracting extras. The customer service is helpful, available and responsive. They have many help articles available to answer most questions. We have employees in multiple states and they made it fairly easy to set it up. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have to read more help articles than I'd like to. Taxes and payroll are complicated to us and it can just feel like an overwhelming amount of information/words. What problems are ...

What do you like best? Payroll is a breeze! Just adding hours for each employee and having the system do all the hard work makes payroll quick and painless. What do you dislike? Initial setup was a little frustrating. The fact that we couldn't just add the payroll up to that point and had to split it into quarters was irksome. Once we were past that it is great!
