Hassle Free Payroll
Patriot Software has made paying Employees and Taxes easy. Quarterly and yearly tax forms are submitted automatically and funds come from my payroll account on schedule. The cost is 20% of what my accountant charged. Patriot Software is a no brainer.

Had questions about setting up SIMPLE…
Had questions about setting up SIMPLE contributions. The rep was helpful in general, although he was slightly confused at some point and didn’t fully understand why the setup was not working exactly as expected. He helped enough that I was able to finish the setup myself later.

I use patriot software for three of my clients that I do bookkeeping for. I have found them to be easy to use and cost effective. The only problem that I have had so far with them is that sometimes they can only void transactions on their end, and customer service did not follow through and void a transaction that they stated they would. This became an issue with the W-2 and taxes for one employee for one company

They are excellent in terms of having someone ready to help you live by phone. They walk you through every step and help you set up your account, which can be very complicated. I believe that the cost is too high for the service but I must say it is competitive.
